WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN POLICY?
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days (with the exception of non-returnable items listed below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Porcelain and ceramic pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges but we understand that these items are prone to breaking. We take great care in packaging our products but if the item arrives damaged we will either replace it or refund it as long as you let us know within 24 hours of receiving your package (as determined by tracking). We will requested a photo of the damaged item as well.
