We ship from Hong Kong!

How much does shipping cost?
FREE SHIPPING worldwide on orders over $25!
No coupon code needed!
For orders under $25 we charge a flat rate of $2.99! If you'd like to be able to track your package and for it to arrive quicker you can select express shipping at checkout for a low flat rate of $3.99!
Where do you ship to?
We ship to most countries with free standard shipping on all orders over $25!
Express shipping also available for a flat fee of $3.99!
** Except for China, Chile, South Korea, South Africa, Mexico, Cyprus, Iran, India and Brazil
You may still place an order with us if you are located in one of these countries using express shipping with tracking but orders will be placed at your own risk. We will obtain a proof of shipping and copies of custom forms and shipping labels but we cannot guarantee that your postal service will be able to successfully deliver the package to you.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in which the postal service in the receiving country is unreliable as long as payment is refunded in full.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
We ship within two to three business days of receiving payment.
Once shipped orders sent with standard shipping will take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Orders shipped with express shipping take approximately 5 to 14 business days and comes with tracking on the Hong Kong Post website. Express packages to the US are treated as local priority mail to speed up local delivery and are also trackable on the USPS website.
Do I need to sign up for an account to place an order?
No of course not! You can alway check out as a guest but we do have a loyalty rewards program for customers who sign up! Get points for every dollar you spend! These points can be used as store credit for your future purchases!
How does the loyalty program work?
- Get 200 points when you sign up for an account!
- Get 10 points for every dollar you spend (excluding shipping)
- Get 50 points when you like us on Facebook or Instagram
- Get 200 points if you refer a friend (rewarded if they place an order)
... and many other ways to earn points! Click on the "Reward Points" tab on the bottom right for more info!
350 points = Free shipping coupon!
500 points = $5 store credit
750 points = $10 store credit
1000 points = $15 store credit
Redeem rewards by logging into your account!
Points can be accumulated and are added to your loyalty account when you order is paid and subtracted if your order is cancelled.
The more often you purchase from us the more likely you will get a freebie or coupon code with your order!
How do I enter my coupon code?
When you click "checkout" on the cart page you'll see an area to input your coupon code on the top right!
Only one coupon code can be applied per order!
Does you charge any tax or import fees?
All orders placed on our store are completely tax free.
However, any tax or duty fees that may or may not be charged to you upon the package's arrival in your country is your responsibility.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country. So we cannot be held responsible for the taxes or duties in your country.
What's my ring size?
All of our sizes refer to US women sizes (unless otherwise specified).

What's my clothing size?
Please refer to the actual item description (in the sizing or detail tab) for detailed measurements and sizes! Each item is different and measurements are provided in both cm and inches.
Can I return something if I don't like it?
Yes! You can return or exchange anything within 30 days of delivery.
If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will be processed, and the funds will be reversed back to the credit or debit card or PayPal account you used to pay within 2-3 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

What if an item is damaged in the mail?
We try our best to make sure that our packages arrive safely but sometimes accidents can happen and things may end up damaged along the way.
If this happens please contact us immediately and provide us with a photograph of the damaged item and we will replace the items for you ASAP!
What if my order arrives incomplete?
We check all packages prior to sending them out but if you do find that our order is incomplete, please contact us immediately and we will send you the missing items with express shipping and tracking.
What if my items aren't exactly as pictured?
We try our best to ensure that items are accurately pictured but not all monitors are the same so please allow for some slight variation in color from what you see in the images. Handmade items may also be slightly different due to the nature of it being made individually by hand. Our items are usually 99% identical to our photos if not 100%!
We are not responsible for undelivered packages if ...
The package does not arrive due to a wrong or insufficient address provided by the customer. Please double check to make sure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
You may contact us to change your shipping address if the order has not been shipped yet.
Do you do wholesale?

What if you're out of stock?
We do not guarantee the availability of any item sold on our website, ordering from our store does not necessarily mean that the item is in stock. We try our best to update our inventory as quickly as possible but in cases where items are sold out or unavailable we reserve the right to cancel the order as long as a full refund is provided to the customer.
