What can I sell?
Anything innovative and original! It doesn't have to be animal related although that is definitely a plus! Don't see your product category on our site but have something you think would fit perfectly in our marketplace? Let us know! We are always open to new product ideas!
However, any product or service that DOTOLY determines to be harmful, fraudulent, inappropriate or illegal will not be approved.

How do I get paid?
I’m an international seller, can I sell on DOTOLY?
Yes of course! All you need is a PayPal account and to ensure that your order arrives within 10 to 18 business days.
How do I sign up?
Our marketplace is currently by invitation only, please apply to join by contacting us here and we will get back to you on your eligibility. Please be sure to include your name, email, and a link to your store if you are already selling online or links to photos of your products if you are not!
Why haven't I had a response to my application?
Did you make sure your contact details were correct? We usually take around 3 business days to review applications. Please make sure to check your email spam and junk folders as our email response may have been sent there!

I added a product but it’s not showing up!
Products need to be approved before they show up online. Our team work around the clock to ensure that your product listings adhere to our marketplace policies. We also add the product to all the relevant categories, add tags you may have missed and optimize it for SEO before we publish the product. This process can take up to 2 to 3 business days at times longer if we have a huge volume to handle.
Sellers who have been with us for four months and have a good history with us will be able to publish their own products. We will randomly pick items to screen to ensure only relevant tags and information is included and that it is fully optimized for search engines!

How do shipping costs work?
One of the most attractive features of our marketplace is that shipping is free for our buyers! Of course we understand that shipping is a huge part of your cost so we suggest taking this into account when pricing your items. Try your best to be as reasonable as possible so prices are still attractive to prospective buyers!

What happens if I cannot fulfill an order?
If you cannot fulfill an order, you must cancel the order within 3 business days and contact the buyer to let them know. The order will be refunded once it has been marked as cancelled and the funds reversed back to the buyer.
How do I contact a customer?
One of the best things about our marketplace is that we handle customer service for you! We'll help answer any basic questions your customers may have. If we require more information we will contact you for answers directly. In the rare event that you may need to ask the customer a question, simply email us with your order number and message and we'll pass it along for you!
How do returns and exchanges work?
Our marketplace has a 30 day return and exchange policy. Items may be returned (at the buyers expense) within 30 days for a full refund. If you wish to be exempt from this please include a message in your product description clearly stating your own terms and conditions. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that we include your product category in our list of non-returnable items.

How do I opt out?
You can close your account at any time, simply log in and disable your store! All your products will be deleted so make sure you've made up your mind before you do so! If you have questions or concerns about your account please contact us at email@example.com first! We will try our best to get back to you in a timely manner and help resolve any concerns you may have.
Be transparent! Make sure to present your products and business accurately, professionally, and honestly by providing clear product photos, well-written descriptions and any other relevant information.
Provide exceptional customer service: Aim to provide our customers with the best possible experience before, during and after their order! Make sure to honor your shipping and processing times, respond to customer emails in a timely manner and to package your products safely and carefully!
